Tecoma is a variety of 14 types of bushes or little trees in the trumpet vine family, Bignoniaceae. Winter solid to USDA Zones 10-11 where it is best developed in prolific, naturally rich, medium dampness, all around depleted soils in full sun. In St. Louis, developing plants in pots/holders that are overwintered inside in brilliant bright rooms as houseplants.
