Tabebuia Rosea (Pink Trumpet) is an evergreen deciduous tree with a long, smooth trunk topped by rounded spreading crown. The leaves are medium to dark green in color and each palmate leaf has 5 leaflets.

The beginning of the dry season trigger leaf fall and subsequently triggers a mass bloom near the end when the tree branches are bare and make the tree look like a huge bouquet of trumpet shaped flowers which can vary in shade from deep purple-pink to white with a yellow throat. The flowers blooms in a cluster of up to 30 flowers.
